Supriseingly Very Cushy. Bought them to use in metal baseball spikes. Had to try them in my work boots first. After a double shift of 16 straight hours, My feet or legs arent tired. I'm just gonna have to buy another pair for my spikes. Im 5'9, 185 lbs Play SS,3B,P on 3 travel teams..
the only thing wrong is they smell bad after using them, i guess it depends on the feet and socks and what they are being used for so i didnt really consider it a big factor in this review. I just spray disinfectant to get rid of the smell
Cheap price, good support. When i put them in my cheap shoes i can play basketball without having my feet hurt after. really easy way to make use of old or cheap shoes
Pros: high performance, durable, comfortable, good cushioning, good quality

Comfortable insoles. They could be a little more rigid in the fore foot to make them easier to insert in the shoes. I use them for cross training activities such as boxing, lifting, and treadmill running.
