I bought a set of these ankle brace because i get bad ankle sprains playing basketball. I've used several types such as wrap around ankle support but they barely help. These ankle support ensures your ankle do not twist. It will take time to get used to playing the support but the ankle protection is definitely worth it. I've used these ankle braces for three years and have not had a single ankle sprain.

I'm volleyball player.. i am using it now, it doesn't allow any sprain.. and light-weight ;) you must purchase, i use both of my wrists..
