The adidas Energy Boost running shoe features Boost technology that absorbs shock while returning energy for the next stride so you can go the distance with less effort. Air mesh upper allows air to flow in and out of the shoe to keep the foot cool and comfortable even during long runs. I have only ran in the Boost once, but there appears to be plenty of cushion, which is what I was after. I typically run 50 miles per week and bought the Boost for an upcoming marathon. The one nit that I have is that they appear to run hot, but like I said I only ran in them once so that may change. The outer surface appears to be like a neoprene material. They are a fast looking shoe and they feel light on the feet so hopefully that translate into a good race.
Pros: runs true to size, good arch support, comfortable, good cushioning
Cons: not breathable

This is the most responsive shoe I have ever run in. Never any lower leg pain after long runs.

These shoes are the main reason I didn't have to pull out of a recent 10 miler. My shins were hurting while wearing my old shoes, and the first time I ran with these the pain was totally gone. So far they have been excellent.

I have a very wide foot. Should wear 8.5 EEEE. I purchased thes in size 9 1/2, and they fit great. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.
Pros: lightweight, good arch support, comfortable, good cushioning

I ordered 1/2 size larger then my shoe size as suggested, but they were so small and tight I had to return them. I needed a full size larger for a great fit.
Pros: lightweight, good cushioning, breathable, good arch support, comfortable

This is an extremely comfortable, very lightweight running shoe, and fits like a glove. I read alot of reviews before purchasing, and was a little skeptical of the suggestion to go up in size. To everyone reading this before your purchase: DEFINITELY go up 1/2 a size from your regular shoe size. I did, and the shoes are still snug but comfortable, with socks or without. Very Highly recommended!!

I didn't notice any energy boost from the shoes and like most running shoes they caused a hot spot on my right foot at two miles. I think that they are an average running shoe and not worth the high price

I read about this shoe in "Footwear News", footwear industry pubiication. Adidas proudly announced that the "Energy Boost" running shoe was a major breakthrough. I have run in Adidas Gazelle and Tempo for years. Tried this shoe as a substitute. It is almost as good as the current Tempo - as a distance running trainer - but it is not revolutionary. And the "Energy Boost" model costs considerably more. Lesson: stick with Adidas Tempo.
Pros: lightweight, breathable
Cons: poor arch support, poor cushioning

I have always been a nike guy for running shoes, but took a chance on these based on all the reviews saying they're the best shoe for 2013. I have to say I'm really impressed. Super light and comfortable. I have a narrow foot and these fit nice and snug. Ordering a half size larger was correct.
The only negative goes to Eastbay as they ship them in a bag so the box gets destroyed.
Pros: lightweight, durable, comfortable, good cushioning, breathable, get half size larger
