These shoes are great. I bought them primarily for training. I have been inside for most of the year because Minnesota winters are terrible. But what I have found is that when training, it doesn't even feel like you are wearing shoes! That's how light they are. Training to play football in college, I knew I needed a durable, lightweight shoe, and these Trainer 3.0's definitely don't disappoint.
Pros: high performance, lightweight, good arch support, durable, comfortable, good cushioning
Cons: runs narrow

Great shoes. My son loves the colors.
Pros: good traction, lightweight, runs true to size, good arch support, durable, comfortable, good cushioning, breathable
The athletic skill level of the person using this product is:recreational
This product is primarily used/worn for:training/going to the gym
I prefer this 3.0 model over the 5.0. Not only does it have more of an aggressive durable look it appears to be built more for training than the 5.0 which in my opinion resembles a running shoe. Too early to tell but am confident it will stand the test of time.Very comfy and wraps around your foot.
Pros: good traction, lightweight, runs true to size, comfortable, breathable

Very lightweight and comfortable. A little small for sizing, could have gone a half size bigger. Not as comfortable as my Free Run 3s, though. All in all great shoes.
Pros: good traction, lightweight, comfortable, good cushioning, breathable
Cons: runs narrow, runs small

Nice alternative to a running shoe for working out in the gym ..
Comfortable shoe ..a little snug for a Nike .. runs a little narrow in the midfoot area ..Hopeful that it will strech a little with wearing ..
Pros: comfortable
Cons: runs small

The general quality of the shoe is good. My normal shoe size is 7 1/2 but I ordered size 8 in the sneaker to be sure of the fit. The size 8 is difficult to put on and is much tighter than I expected. I realize things might improve once the shoes are broken in.
Pros: good traction, lightweight, durable
Cons: runs small

I had the Free Haven 3.0 for about 5 months and they started to pull apart at the Nike swoosh logo. My foot was literally showing through the sides. So I exchanged them for these Free Trainer 3.0. It appears that that problem cant happen on these as they have that rubber/plastic mesh coating the outer layer of shoe making them seem pretty durable for true cross training where your putting a lot strain onto the sides of the shoe in cuts and plyo-metric work. They are very comfy. Fit is good for the most part. They start out very snug and plush, which is great, but loosen up pretty quickly with a lot of use. I have pretty narrow feet so they are little roomier than i would prefer in the front half of the shoe, but im sure a normal foot would have a great fit.
Pros: good traction, lightweight, runs true to size, comfortable, breathable
