Designed for runners with a neutral gait, the Nike Flyknit Lunar 1+ is an ultra-lightweight running shoe that delivers a dynamic fit with an excellent blend of cushioning and support. A one-piece upper with knit construction is made of polyester yarns that seamlessly integrate areas of high breathability, stretch, and support where you need it most. Flywire technology is ultra-lightweight, customizable through the laces, and wraps the foot for a dynamic fit. Low-profile knit tongue adds ventilation and comfort. Fitsole sockliner conforms to the shape of your foot, providing comfort and underfoot support. Pull-tab on the heel allows for easy on and off. Reflective elements remain visible in low-light conditions. Lunarlon cushioning system features a soft, yet resilient foam core that works with a supportive, bottomless foam carrier to provide support and plush, responsive cushioning. The firmer carrier foam core offers lightweight, springy response. Duralon blown rubber forefoot lugs deliver cushioning and helps encourage a more efficient, natural range of motion through toe-off. Flex groves add enhanced articulation flexibility, and a smooth transition. BRS 1000™ carbon rubber along the heel contact zone gives maximum abrasion resistance and long-wearing durability. I wasn't sure if this shoe was going to be a "running" shoe or just another shoe to wear with jeans. I can assure you that this shoe is super-light, super comfortable, and is a great running shoe for a runners out there. Definitely a great technology and can't wait to get a second pair!

This shoe is surprisingly well cushioned considering its weight. The upper is very nicely constructed but the toe area is a little tighter than most shoes. You may need a 1/2 size larger than your normal size for other Nike shoes.
Pros: lightweight, comfortable, good cushioning, breathable

Excellent sneaker. Unfortunately if arrived with a wierd stain on the front. I needed them for a half marathon so there was no time to send them back.

These are my first running shoes and the first pair I order without trying them to feel how they fit. Surprisingly, I'm very happy. The shoes are very comfortable and super light. And the design is awesome ! I'd really recommend them. Eyes closed !

This shoe is fantastic. Very light weight, breathable and comfortable. I steamed them in the bath tub and then wore them around the house and found that the upper moulded to my foot which not only gives it a unique look but also gives the show a streamlined feel.
In terms of the outsole I have had no problems with it. It seems very solid and secure. Although I have not run in them extensively yet, durability will not be an issue. All in all this is one of the best nike shoes I have worn in a long time. I highly recommend this shoe.

This shoe is so comfortable that I ended up buying 4 pair. I bought the flyknit trainer and was disappointed because of the narrowness of the shoe. This shoe is wider and much more comfortable than the previous flyknit runners and trainers and the lunarlon sole feels amazing. I buy a lot of shoes and these are by far my favorite comfort wise. The sole and the upper just feel great. The upper molds to your foot with each wearing but doesn't alter the great look of the shoe because of the weaving of it. I wear them for running as well as casual wear (different pairs) so they are great for running and great for casual wear. Shoes are expensive but the innovation in the shoe makes them worth the price. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND even with the high price.

Didn't get a chance to run in the shoes as they didn't fit. The sizing on this shoe is like the Free Run series and not like the Lunarglide. Just a heads up and go a half size up.

The new Nike Flyknit Lunar 1 running shoes feel and perform great! They are very lightweight, offer exceptional cushion and support me very nicely throughout my runs. I would recommend these running shoes to anyone looking for a nice, great fitting, cushioned and responsive running shoe.

I have the flyknit trainers and compared to the flyknit 1's, the 1's definitely have more cushion than the first one. The fitting to me, since I have wide feet, the size 9 in the flyknit trainers were a bit loose on me, and a thumb space long length wise. The 1's were more of a "right" fit. Note these are BOTH size 9. When walking with the 1's, it was so cushioned yet responsive. Very breathable too! Very lightweight just like the trainers. The south beach color way is very darker than what you would expect, the picture is totally not representing the colors right. It's definitely a darker teal rather than in the picture. All in all, I would recommend this to anyone who runs, train, or just for casual wear. Can go with jeans and other attires as well.
