Guidance Trusstic™ is built with two trusses to enhance structural integrity and midfoot torsional rigidity. P.H.F.™ (Personal Heel Fit) holds the heel more securely and reduces the potential for friction. Rearfoot and forefoot GEL® Cushioning. Durable High Abrasion Rubber® (AHAR) heel, DuraSponge®. Great shoe. Disappointed that they came with purple shoelaces. Catalog shows them with mint green. I would have preferred what was pictured.

Plenty of room in the toes while maintaining excellent fit to the ankle and heel. Runs true to size. I'm thinking I should have bought two pair!

In the past, I ran in Nike air max and Nike shox. The Kayanos have much better support throughout the entire footbed. The cushion is great too.

I randomly tried on a pair of Asics running shoes one day and have been in love with the brand since. This particular pair has the "perfect fit" feel and good support. I wouldn't mind a bit more cushion but overall the shoe is very comfortable for my running and walking. I am not doing major amounts of running now but when I get back to my marathon running I might look for a pair with more cushion.

These shoes are as advertised and more. Definitely worth the price. I am a 50 year old plus size woman with rheumatoid arthritis. I spent a lot of time looking for shoes and researching these shoes. They are extremely comfortable and lightweight. They also give a lot of support. I will probably buy another pair to wear all day at work since I am on my feet. The service from Eastbay was very good also.

Although I haven't tried my usual run/walk the weather in MI is all snow so will wait till spring...but wearing them in the house I can tell the mega cushioning is REALLY great! That is why I bought them with the reviews of the best gel cushion. It is noticeable to me particularly at the forefoot & that is where I especially needed the most gel cushion. This spring will be the ultimate test. Also, the blue seem to be a little touch gaudy, the visibility of being seen by the brightness will be a plus I think. The other colors though minimal are quite nice.
The mesh should be a good "air conditioning" for my feet. I usually love Asics gels but before I put away my shoes in late fall, my one front arch pad was really bothering me so am hoping this new get in the front will ease that to the max. Overall a very comfortable & cushy shoe!

I love these so far! I haven't done a lot of running in them yet, but they are comfortable and I have enjoyed wearing them around my house. Comfy for my feet even though I have a high arch!
