Compression-molded Phylon™ midsole delivers a smooth, responsive ride while the medial arch provides additional support in the midfoot. Pebax® plate with six spike receptacles and 3/4-length rubber outsole offers a strategically placed yet lightweight traction. Includes 7mm pyramid spikes and a wrench. Wt. 5.6 oz.

This shoe is great for those with skinnier feet who run heavily on their heels. The thick but soft sole offers great support on the track. The higher arches helped to prevent me from running on the insides of my feet. Overall, the best spike I've had.
Pros: lightweight, durable, comfortable, breathable
Cons: gets dirty fast
