The Nike LunarGlide+ 4 running shoe provides lightweight support for the mild- to moderate overpronator. Evolved Flywire technology hugs the entire length of foot with customizable, lightweight support. Heel clip engages upon footstrike to provide a snug fit and support. Lunarlon system with "bottomless" carrier construction adds cushioning. Dynamic Support platform offers stability. Premium three-layer sockliner delivers comfort/support. Natural-motion engineered flex grooves promote an efficient stride. BRS 1000™ at the heel, environmentally preferred rubber everywhere else. Requires purchasing the Nike iPod Sport Kit (#0001101) in order to make this shoe Nike+ ready. Wt. 9.7 oz.

I'm Former NCAA Division 1 athlete (soccer) and these are by far the best shoes I have owned and trust me when I say that I have owned a whooooole lot of shoes! The shoes are great for mid-distance running , speed/agility work and sprint work. I have worn them with cargo shorts and gotten compliments as well. I also use them when doing heavy leg workouts because they are very sturdy and comfortable. A Had to stop myself from getting 4-5 different colors! I'm more than pleased with my two pairs though!... Enjoy

Running on the streets is hard enough on the feet and legs, but these sneakers take that pounding away and make running nice and smooth on hard surface's.

I haven't run in Nikes in quite some time, but heard a lot of good things about these shoes. Nike shoes fit me perfectly - always have, so that's a plus. I've run in these just a few times so far. They feel like there's almost too much cushioning in them. The outside of my feet hurt pretty badly the first couple of times out. Not problem lately, though. I'll give them a little more time.

A couple of friends own these shoes and recommended them so I bought a pair. They are fantastic! Very light and equally as comfortable. I do a lot of walking in my business and I wanted a shoe that I could stand in for long periods. This is it. Because they are so lightweight I'm not sure how durable they will be...I think I'd hesitate to use them for jogging...but I'm hoping I can get a couple of years of regular use out of them. They come in some pretty wild colors...I got mine in Black/Blue.

I have always been a fan of the air max because of the comfort and these shoes definitely compare. this shoe offers heaps of support all round especially on the heal. they are super light weight and the cushioning is awesome. Cannot comment on durability as yet, looking at the design of the sole (minimal hard rubber) it may be an issue but time will tell.

I got them early so I'd have them for spring an they fit nicely. I'm not a runner or jogger so walking is all I need them for and I love the color, the green looks just as good in person as it does on the computer.

Shows fit good but the heel is to high and has to much padding. This causes rubbing against Achilles heel to get sore..I have to return these. Not happy with them....
Pros: good arch support, good cushioning
