Nike Jana Star Waffle 6 - Women's
The Nike Jana Star Waffle 6 racing flat is for the female cross country runner who needs an aggressive competition shoe for any surface, while maintaining a lightweight and breathable advantage. Thin hydrophobic mesh upper with graphic application allows breathability and optimal water shedding benefits. Compression-molded Flashlon midsole delivers a lightweight, responsive ride. A molded medial arch adds optimal midfoot support, without unnecessary weight. Classic Waffle® outsole with six durable rubber lugs and targeted flex grooves gives optimal traction over a variety of surfaces and a smooth transition. Wt. 4.8 oz.

It is very lightweight and the material keeps your feet breathing, however, instead of going up 1/2 a size I would a full size. Also, something on the arch pinches in the center but it may be because the shoe needs to be slightly bigger.

My daughter really loves this shoe which is so light and easy to run in for little athletics. My only problem was it was a half size too small so I will have to get another one next season, overall I was very happy with my purchase and recommends it to anyone .
