They are very small for a 4-6 year old appropriate. Would not get again for my 13 year old.

When I bought this product, I thought that it would have fit since it stated one size fits all. This product is meant for juniors not adults. I recommend buying the Mizuno MZ-T10 Kneepad instead of these.
Pros: durable, good quality

The kneepads arrived clearly labeled Junior. The description says One Size fits most. The pads were purchased for a young man and do not fit. They will fit a child, not a teenager. The quality is okay, it is the size that is not good.
