Superior cushioning meets lightweight performance in the ASICS® GEL-Cirrus33™ running shoe that is suitable for underpronators to mid-overpronators. No Sew mesh upper offers breathability to help keep the foot cool. Personal Heel Fit (PHF) is a two-layer memory foam lining in the heel collar which creates a personalized fit. Solyte™ midsole improves bounce-back characteristics and decreases midsole breakdown. Rearfoot GEL® Cushioning System attenuates shock during impact. Forefoot GEL® Cushioning System attenuates shock during toe-off. Impact Guidance System (I.G.S.®) is utilized in the lateral heel to further decouple the shock of the heel strike. DuoMax® Support System is located in the medial midfoot and is a dual-density midsole that is designed to reduce excess pronation. Guidance Line® is a vertical flex groove component of I.G.S. and is primarily articulated in the forefoot to improve gait efficiency. ASICS® High Abrasion Rubber (AHAR®) is located in the heel and offers exceptional durability. DuraSponge® is located in the forefoot and is a blown AHAR® compound that delivers cushioning, responsiveness, and flexibility. Removable insole. I thought this was a really cool looking show and have never had a problem with the width on Asics. I received these in the mail and instantly thought they were a little narrow but figured like most shoes I have gotten in the past, it takes a few days to break in. I have been wearing them for almost 2 weeks now and they will not give. They are still too narrow and painful. I do not recommend this shoe unless you order a wide.
Cons: runs narrow, uncomfortable

These Asics run more narrow than my other Asics. Great cushion support but painfully narrow!
Pros: lightweight, good cushioning, breathable

The shoes are very comfortable. Unfortunately, they were slightly narrow for my foot. I will continue to wear them, so the sizing problem is minimal.
