ASICS® Gel - Noosa Tri 7 - Women's
The eye-catching ASICS® GEL-Noosa Tri 7 running shoe combines triathlon specific elements with go-fast GEL-DS Trainer tooling for optimal performance on race day. Open mesh upper enhances ventilation and a perfed sockliner helps drain perspiration. Soft materials and limited interior stitching in the upper construction allow the shoe to be worn barefoot. Impact Guidance System (I.G.S.®) employs linked componentry that enhances the foot's natural gait from heel strike to toe-off. Guidance Line is a vertical flex groove component of I.G.S.® and is primarily articulated in the forefoot to improve gait efficiency. Forefoot and heel GEL® Cusioning Systems attenuate shock during impact. DuoMax® Support System is located in the medial midfoot and is designed to reduce excess pronation. Propulsion Trusstic System® mimics connective tissue in the foot by creating tension as foot enters propulsion stage. Space Trusstic System® creates a pocket between the Trusstic System® device and the midsole, allowing for controlled midsole deformation and more efficient foot function. Dual-density Solyte® midsole employs different densities in the heel and forefoot for improved comfort. ASICS® High Abrasion Rubber (AHAR®) carbon rubber is located in the heel and offers exceptional durability. DuraSponge® is located in the forefoot and is a blown AHAR® compound that delivers cushioning, responsiveness and flexibility. Non-removable insole. Loved the look and was comfortable in some aspects, but not enough support, and felt as though would wear out pretty quick if you are a daily runner. I needed something with more substance.
Pros: lightweight, runs true to size, good arch support, comfortable, breathable
Cons: poor cushioning, non-durable

I'm not a very experienced runner however I find this shoe to be amazing all around as far as everyday wear, walking, running, you name it.
Also if you never noticed and it is not listed in the description-the writing on the toe and back of heel GLOW IN THE DARK!!

I do a lot of running and I buy running shoes all the time, and these would have to be the comfortable shoes i have had in a long time. :) I also love that they are bright colourful and glow in the dark!!!

I don't like that the tongue of the shoe is sewn to one side of shoe. And they are not enough cushion inthe insert. Not very comfortable.
Cons: poor arch support, uncomfortable, poor cushioning, non-durable

Love that the shoes glow in the dark!
I can run in these shoes but I cant walk in them without getting blisters!
The diagonal laces are annoying and the shoe just doesn't really seem to fit my foot, which could just be me...
Pros: good cushioning, breathable, glow in the dark

I always wanted the Noosa 7s because of the color. These are definitely a bright and colorful shoe! The shoes are really light weight. I was presently surprised that they came with different laces and a lace lock for those who run or just don't want their shoes to come untied. I would say they are not the most comfortable of the Asics. Being that I am on my feet all day, even with my added insoles, I still think there are more comfortable Asics available. Overall, it's a good shoe and I am happy with my purchase.

These are such colorful and cute shoes! I sure get lots of compliments on them! They are wonderfully ventilated and nicely cushioned. BUT...I find them a bit tight across the toe box. I ordered my usual size but regret not ordering half a size bigger. They are a narrow cut. Just be aware of that! PS- I wear them for pickleball.

Excellent Asics! My daughter runs cross country and runs 35 miles a week. Perfect shoe for this. They also glow in the dark! So glad they have this feature because her team runs in the dark occasionally.

These are great, light, airy(vented) and colorful! Running in them they are incredibly light, however I am used to a harder sole for support. So, after my run I did feel a bit of ache in my arch. (I have a normal arch).
The best part of this shoe is that at the end of a run, your feet swell and they are usually stuffy and these are totally ventilated through that purple mesh! So, I actually could feel the cool breeze to my feet which was nice.
They are so fun, I am finding myself wearing them just to walk the dog.

I have flat feet and I'm a waitress and bartender so I'm on my feet a lot, not to mention a couple of years ago I tore ligaments in my ankle and was still dealing with pain in my foot, leg and sometimes my lower back...until I bought these shoes! Not only do I tons of compliments on these shoes, but I am no longer in pain. Definitely money well spent!

This is my second Noosa Tri 7 and 4th pair of Asics. The only shoes I choose to wear for running! I ran 2 half marathons plus trained in my last pair. This pair will take me across the finish line of my first whole marathon.
