Nike Zoom Ja Fly - Men's
Get ready for takeoff in the Nike Zoom JA Fly. This track spike is designed 100-400 meter athletes and features an ultra lightweight synthetic leather upper with Flywire technology to provide strength and support. A low-profile Phylon midsole wedge is added for cushioning. The outsole is equipped with an aggressive and rigid spike plate that hosts eight receptacles and risers for premiere traction. Comes with 7mm Christmas Tree spikes and a wrench. Non-removable insole. Wt. 7.0 oz.

Got these for track season this year. They look amazing, but they are not very durable, and they get dirty easy. Once you break them in, they are awesome. They did wonderful in the 100m and 200m. great traction

The spikes are absolutely wonderful. The traction and spring of the spikes is unreal, I almost fell backwards my feet were going so fast the first time. Cut a full half second off my 100m on an off day over my old spikes. The only issue I had was the sizing. As it says, the shoe does run small. I'm typically a 10 for shoes, though I typically go 9 1/2 for spikes. When I first put them on, I couldn't put my feet in without taking off the socks, which is how I now run with them. The shoes without socks definitely uncomfortable if worn for long periods of time, such as a whole track practice, but they are fine if you wait to put them on right before you run and take them off after. I definitely recommend buying a half size up (whole size up if you have wide feet like me). Other than that, it is a truly great shoe.

I bought these spikes for my daughter to use for track. Less is more and the white looks really clean. The silver bottom reflects the sunlight on a sunny day and looks really sharp. Lots of comments. My daughter is really pleased with the fit, comfort, performance and style of the shoe.

I purchased the all white with silver on the bottom because they are so clean looking, but I run varsity 110 and 300 hurdles also 200 meter on the 1600 sprint medley relay and these spikes are absolutely amazing I love them and even though I'm a freshman doesn't mean I'm not just saying this for nothing. I automatically noticed that I was running a lot faster and they help with your stride!!

Great track shoes. Only good for short distances though. Recommend you do not use the spike risers.

Everyone said they wanted them.. And thought they were the sweet things.! The only thing about it is that when they came in the mail the box was all ripped and scratched up. Other than that the shoes are comfy and come with some nice spikes. I was happy with these shoes

I really like the shoes. My son enjoys them, he speaks very highly of the shoes. Durable, light weight and comfortable are his words about the shoes. He has been running track since he was 5 years old with USATF and this is the first time a let him pick out his own shoes.

i have been using these spikes for my 110 hurdles and the 4x2 relays and i gotta be honest....THESE SPIKES ARE AMAZING!!! the spike itself is arched making you have to run on the balls of your feet. whats also nice is that the bottom plate really locks your foot down. takes a few runs to break them in but after that.....eating up the compitition

These spikes are great. I haven't ran the 100 in them yet but I got a huge PR in the 200. Should order a .5 size smaller unless you have wide feet.

Lightweight, built with enough structure to give the runner an "as one" feel. My son says he doesn't notice the shoe (feels like running barefoot), until he requires the connection with the track for power starts, acceleration, and finish. As a hurdler, he likes the spike placement, allowing for efficient contact with the track during his three steps between.

Ran in them at practice to break them in and honestly had the best practice of the year. Previous spikes gave me blisters but this material prevents that! Love these spikes and would recommend to any sprinter.
