Sean-Michael said the shoes provided grip and stability when he was jumping in the rain at the state meet last weekend. He said they are light and he can tell the difference when he jumps. He started jumping in tennis shoes and I met a coach at the Regionals and he told me that he would jump higher if he had the right shows. So I bought these after reading many reviews.
