ASICS® Japan Lite-Ning 4 - Men's
The elite ASICS® Japan Lite-Ning™ 4 track spike features a new Discrete Eyelet upper with stretch tongue and vamp for a customized fit and feel. Ideal for sprint distances up to 400 meters and 110-meter hurdles. Synthetic leather upper is light, comfortable and breathable to enhance performance and fit. Ecsaine collar lining creates comfortable, soft fit and allows a sockless option. Full-length Pebax® spike plate maximizes performance by enhancing natural foot movement through optimized flexibility. Removable spikes allow the athlete to customize spike configuration. Non-removable insole. Includes 8mm compression spikes and a wrench. Wt. 5.6 oz.

Returned shoes because my son wanted a lighter shoe that we also purchased, but he said they were very comfortable and I personally loved the look of them!!

Bought these for my son who runs, he is very pleased with them performance wise. I am also very happy with the speed with which it was delivered and the whole tracking process.. The only one regret is that I wish you would send direct to my country instead as I had to use a conceirge sevice. That is the only deterrent that would prevent me from buying again unless absolutely necessary. Nonetheless, thumbs up!

I ordered this spike a few weeks ago and have run in track meet with them. They come with these christmas tree -esque spikes that I replaced with a new set of pyramid spikes.
The tiger on the bottom is so amazing! The spike itself has a luxurious feel inside that does get pretty warm after a while. It doesn't matter though, it is a beast of a performer. The plate is nice and stiff as well.
Overall, I'd recommend these spikes!

Order a half size larger unless you like your spikes very very snug like I do.

My son wanted a light cleat for hurdles and the 800. we ordered these to try out and he loves them. The school mascot is the tiger so he's the envy of his track friends. Seriously, though these are very comfortable and durable and light. Z

These cleats improve each year. Always good, this year they seem even more to mold to my feet. Very comfortable and ultra light. No break in period. These are the only ones I will buy any more. They work well both for 110 and 400 hurdles and take the wear and tear of the longer distance well. I agree with the site's recommendation to buy these 1/2 size smaller than your normal shoe size.
