Jaeger Sports J-Bands are a mandatory tool for any baseball or softball player who wants their arm to be a strength, rather than a liability. This rotator cuff exercise program is the key to preventing arm injuries while promoting arm health, strength, endurance and recovery period. Just as sprinters would never consider running a race without thoroughly stretching out their hamstrings, baseball/softball players should never consider picking up a ball without doing their stretches with surgical tubing bands. I had shoulder surgery a few years ago and have been having trouble throwing ever since. I bought this product recently to help me stretch out both arms and to strengthen my throwing arm. So far, it's been fantastic! In only a few weeks I've regained some flexibility and I'm experiencing much less discomfort when throwing.
