The Nike Zoom SD 3 throwing shoe is for the thrower who uses the spin and/or glide techniques. Synthetic leather and mesh upper offers improved fit and breathability. Midfoot strap provides increased lockdown. EVA midsole with nylon forefoot plate. High abrasion rubber outsole. Wt. 13.0 oz.

I had to settle for this color because the color I really wanted only came in size 12. These shoes do not hold up very well. The sole of one shoe gets worn off and does not let me slide/spin correctly.

This shoe is amazing! At first I was using some regular tennis shoes, but when I started using these, I could immediately feel and see the difference. It does take some time to getting used to, but spinning is much more fluid and easier than before.
